this is an ongoing practice of drawing when I am in groups, noticing and expressing what is going on in my body, thoughts and observations of what’s going on between us. Sometimes I have shared the drawings with the group as a way for us to talk about our shared and differing experiences.
bedbooks
bedbooks are my little books that I draw from in bed. I spend a minute or two, every morning and evening, drawing how I am feeling. They have become an important part of supporting myself through illness, difficult feelings, being there for myself and being more aware of my whole body.
